The Ultimate List of the Top Cleaning Tips for the Home #cleaningtips

Easy Cleaning Tips

As a working mom, I don’t have the luxury of letting tasks pile up and get out of hand. Okay, maybe I do. There is so much to do that I  have a tendency to let things go sometimes and really regret when I do.  This is why I am always looking for shortcuts that I can do during the week so tasks don’t become unmanageable. I am sure you are like me that you want to enjoy the weekend with your family and not inside cleaning.

Here are 4 Easy Cleaning Shortcut Tips:

"Cleaing tips, easy cleaning shortcuts"

1. Store extra liners in the bottom of your trash cans: Doing this saves the time of having to go and look for one – it’s already there when you empty the trash!
2. Keep a broom handy: Taking out a vacuum and putting it away again takes time. I like to keep my broom in an accessible spot so I can sweep up crumbs and debris at a moment’s notice. I find that I am much more on top of the mess this way than if I waited to vacuum.
3. Sort laundry the day before (and turn clothes right side out!): Moving clean clothes to a central location and sorting them the night before folding them breaks the task up into two manageable projects, making it seem like less of a chore. I don’t know about you, but I am not a fan of folding laundry! By doing this the night before, folding goes so much quicker.

4. Do the bathroom in five minute increments: I may have the smallest bathroom but if I don’t break cleaning it up into segments, I could literally be in there forever (doing what, I don’t know!). By breaking it down into five minute increments, I spend just the right amount time on each item (the toilet, the sink, the mirrors and the tub), and I don’t feel like I’m in there forever.

And if you are looking for natural cleaning product then try Arm & Hammer Baking Soda because there so many uses for this practical product.

Do you have a cleaning shortcut? Let me know, I am always looking for tips that making cleaning easier, so I can spend more time with my daughter.
