There isn’t much that surprises me but I really was stunned when I came across the news of Alexander McQueen’s suicide. I am not sure if it was because he was only 40 or that he was supposed to present at Fashion Week this week but I was really shocked.
Although he had some hits and misses over the years, he was truly talented, innovative and exemplified thinking outside the box.
He will be missed.

I was in total shock. I saw it yesterday on my MSN page. I adored Alexander. He was a great source of inspiration. A little kid from the projects in Englands east end, he proved that even if you came from humbe beginnings, you could make it.
