I have to admit that I can not begin my day without a good cup of coffee!! So I was excited for the opportunity to test out Don Pablo at the HGG event.
Don Pablo is a family owned business that grows, picks, and processes their own coffee beans in Colombia. It is nice to know they closely manage the production of more than 1,000,000 coffee trees throughout South and Central America through their Sharing Certified Program.
But back to why I enjoy their coffee so much. Don Pablo slow roasts their special beans in small batches to ensure they reach optimum flavor. In my opinion, this makes a difference because the coffee is delicious. I like my coffee strong but you can make it milder just by adjusting the ratio of coffee to water. Cafe Don Pablo coffees are always rich, smooth and delicious!
