This past week was the first grade poetry publishing party. I love these parties because I get to see your amazing creative spirit in action. As your godmother S always says, “Act and Be Confident.” You really took her advice to heart when it was your turn to speak. You spoke loudly and clearly, with confidence so that all the parents could hear.
Of course, I am most proudest that in addition to writing about your class BFFs, you chose to write and include a poem about me.
