Nick Jonas answering questions during Intro of Quaker Chewy Future Superstar Search
Nick Jonas during his interview and concert at the Lodge at MTV Studios, was thoroughly engaging, witty and funny in announcing that he was teaming up with Quaker Chewy Oats to find the Next Young Superstar. (Thanks to Beth Feldman at rolemommy.com for getting my daughter and I, the invite to this phenomenal event.)
To say that we were delighted to be in the audience with probably 150 other people to hear Nick Jonas be interviewed and sing a capella was without a doubt even for me jaded New Yorker quite the experience. And you can just imagine my daughter’s reaction when I told after school that we were on the way to see Nick Jonas perform. She literally almost fell on the ground.
John Scher of VH1’s Top 20 did the interview along with taking questions from Twitter and from kids from LittleKidsRock.org. Nick talked about his early career starting at seven, his favorite part about performing, how he misses his dog Elvis and giving great advice to kids who want to be just like him. He then performed a mini-concert of which one of the songs my favorite by the way – “Who I am.”
