    I think the funniest Christmas incident I recall from childhood involved our Collie puppy, Buddy. Just after our real tree went up and was decorated, Buddy slipped under to the back of the tree and came out the other side with a stocking covering his entire head! He left the tree alone the rest of the holiday!
