With spring in full swing, the Bi-Annual TimetoPlaymag.com event unveiled this summer’s hottest  lineup of toys and games.

Here are my Top 15 Hot Summer Toys for 2011.

2. LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean Queen Anne’s Revenge 4195 (SRP: $119/LEGO) Combining the creative play of LEGO and Pirates of the Caribbean, Blackbeard secretly looks on as Jack Sparrow and the motley crew attempt mutiny against Angelica and the zombies on Queens Anne’s Revenge ship.

 

3. Captain America Disc Launching Shield (SRP: $19.99/Hasbro) Your child can have their own Captain America shield, a signature battle accessory of this latest Marvel hero that is coming to the big screen and  is the premiere role-play item for every Captain America  fan.

 

4. Smurfs, those lovable blue figures by Schleich which has these lovable  nearly 50 years! This year they are bringing back Smurfs from the past, in decade packs from the 1960s through the 2000s, plus a Smurf set based on this summer’s upcoming Smurf 3D movie.
